A Qualified Medical Evaluator is a licensed healthcare provider selected by the California Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) to examine injured workers and provide an independent medical opinion in workers' compensation cases.

While her QME office is based in Santa Ana, she welcomes 

injured workers from surrounding areas who are referred through the QME panel process. All evaluations are conducted at this designated location, in accordance with state regulations and to ensure privacy, professionalism, and compliance with QME standards.

Q: I live outside Santa Ana City- can I still be evaluated by Dr. Anh?

A: Yes! if you are assigned Dr. Anh through the DWC QME panel process, you are welcome to travel to her Santa Ana office for your evaluation. 

Q: Can Dr. Anh travel to my location or perform evaluations at another office?

A: No. According to DWC regulations, all QME evaluations must be conducted at her registered location in Santa Ana. For legal and ethical reasons, she cannot evaluate at unregistered offices or homes.  

Q: What if my case isn't based in Santa Ana?

A: As long as the QME panel lists Dr. Anh and you are willing to attend your appointment at her Santa Ana office, she can serve as your QME. 

Q: Does Dr. Anh offer QME services for employers or insurance companies?

A: Yes. Dr. Anh provides impartial, medically sound evaluations for both injured workers and employers. She is deeply committed to truth and fairness - protecting the rights of those who are truly injured, while also recognizing and identifying inconsistencies when injuries are misrepresented.
